What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, whether you are an artist or a supporter, and anything else you choose to give us (your name or stage name, a link to your music, where you are based, how many songs you have released, a rough range of what music earns you each month, whether you are open to a short chat with us, why you want to join, the music you like, the apps you listen on, how you heard about us, and your answer to the short question). We also record the country your request came from, the language you used, and where you found us (for example a referral link).

Why we collect it

To run the waitlist: to contact you when we open access or artist pilots (and, if you said you are open to it, to ask for a short chat), and, if you agreed, to send occasional product updates. We also look at totals (for example how many artists joined from each country) to understand demand. We do not sell your data.

Site statistics

To understand how the site is used, we count page views: which page was opened, the site that linked to it, and the country, city and type of device it came from. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address. Visitors are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can't follow anyone over time.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both are located in the United States. Only the founding team can access the waitlist.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, and you can ask us to show you or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@asynflow.com.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed.
